SIGN VARIANCE COMMITTEE MEEETING

NEW BUSINESS:

  • Evendale Investment Center, 10800 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio  45241
        Evendale Investments has requested the following variances from Section         1262.1(c) of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code:
  • Pole signs are not permitted in the General Commercial District;
  • Maximum allowable sign height is eight feet;
  • Maximum allowable is 6o square feet.
  • Neyer Retail, 10400 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio  45241
        Equity has requested the following variances from Section 1262.11 of the Village        of Evendale Zoning Code:
  • One Real Estate Sign per lot in the General Commercial District (1262.11 (c));
  • Maximum allowable size is 32 square feet (1262.11 (c));
  • Maximum allowable height is eight feet (1262.11(c));
  • All Real Estate Signs must be located on the same lot in which they are advertising (1262.09(o)(ii).
  • Approval of the minutes for the December 8, 2008 meeting.
